What forms of payment do you accept?
Orders can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover over the phone. Paypal accepted. Orders can also be paid by mailing a check or money order, checks require 10 days to clear before shipment.
How do I place an order?
Please call, fax or e-mail to place the order. All we need to know is the name of the medallion or liner, size (if it's a medallion), quantity needed and tile color placement.
How long does it take my custom order to ship?
On average, custom orders should ship within three to five business days. We stock a lot of Daltile's tiles, normally we don't have to wait for the tile to arrive before starting on your order. But if the tile has to be ordered, it could take up to seven to ten business days before shipment. Ready to Ship orders usually ship the same day or the next day.
Do you do custom sizing?
Yes, we can make custom sized medallions and liners. So please ask if you need special sizing. We get this request quite often. Additional cost is probable, but depends on how much customizing is required.
What is your return policy?
You are welcome to return your complete order within 15 days for a refund less actual shipping. No reason needed.
Which carrier do you use to ship?
We use UPS for ground shipping. If you need a next day or 2nd day air, we use either UPS or the postal service, due to whoever has the lowest cost.
How well do you pack your medallions and liners for shipment?
We have to pack them very well due to the wide range of treatment that they go through during shipment. We have shipped hundreds of packages and have had less that a 2% breakage claim. Any damaged items can be replaced or returned.
Do you offer a combined shipping discount?
Yes, it all depends on what is purchased. Any medallion 16 3/8" or larger has to be shipped individually. 11 7/8" medallions can be combined. Listellos can be combined together. A shipping discount will be given when applicable. If it saves us money, it's only fair to pass the savings on to you.
Do you use any other tile than Daltile?
Daltile is the only tile manufacturer that we can gurantee to be able to all their products in a reasonable amount of time. We do have access to other dealers of tile, such as Mohawk, Marazzi, American Olean and Florida Tile. Daltile is the only tile we stock, since they are the only tile manufacturer with a warehouse in our area. So please ask if you need a certain manufacturers tile.
Can I ship you my tile?
Yes, you are welcome to ship us your tile. There would be a price break by doing this, since we wouldn't be providing all the material.
